6061 Gate design of home aluminum frame on automatic windows sliding gate
Description
Insulated aluminum profiles are energy-efficient building profiles. By integrating a PA66 nylon insulation strip into the center of the profile, an insulating layer is created between the inner and outer aluminum alloy panels, effectively blocking heat transfer. The combination of the robustness of aluminum alloy with excellent thermal insulation performance (K-value 1.8-3.0 W/(m² K)) makes these profiles suitable for insulated doors, windows, curtain walls, etc., significantly reducing the energy consumption of buildings.

Why choose insulated aluminum profiles?
Insulated aluminum profiles offer the following advantages and are frequently used in the production of windows, doors, and curtain walls:
1. Excellent thermal insulation.
2. High-quality sound insulation.
3. Optimal frost and condensation resistance.
4. High strength.
5. Optimal airtightness and watertightness.
6.Three-chamber construction.
7. Advanced strip feed technology ensures an optimized structure, robust construction, excellent rigidity, and excellent thermal insulation.
8. Available in anodized, electrophoretic, powder-coated, and fluoro-resin coated finishes. A wide range of finishes, excellent performance, and optimal sound and energy insulation.
