    Key Features of Aluminum Heat Sinks

    Thermal Conductivity: The average thermal conductivity of aluminum is approximately 136-205 W/(m·K), only 60% that of copper. These heat sinks compensate for this lower thermal conductivity through an optimized design and increased surface area, enabling efficient heat dissipation.

    Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum naturally forms a protective oxide layer upon contact with air, allowing it to withstand most environmental conditions. However, corrosion resistance may be insufficient in alkaline or highly acidic environments.
