High-Performance Custom CNC Aluminium Heat Sinks for Efficient Cooling
materials and manufacturing processes
The radiator aluminium profile is usually made of 6063 or 6061 aluminium alloy with excellent thermal conductivity, which is made into a blank by melting and casting aluminium ingots, and then heated and extruded into forming, followed by straightening, cutting and other finishing treatments.
In order to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics, the surface of the profile will be anodised or sprayed, and finally through drilling, tapping and other mechanical processing, assembled into heat sink products that meet different heat dissipation needs.
This process combines the lightweight, high thermal conductivity characteristics of aluminium alloy and mature processing technology, and is widely used in electronics, automobiles and other fields.
